Terms of Service

1. Our services

AllStuff Team provides remote back-office support across virtual assistance, legal support, marketing, accounting & audit support, HR & recruiting, customer support, research & analytics, translation and design. The scope, deliverables and fees for each engagement are agreed separately in a proposal or statement of work.

2. Support services, not regulated advice

Our legal and accounting/audit offerings are administrative and back-office support services. They do not constitute licensed legal advice, legal representation, or statutory audit. AllStuff Team Co., Ltd. is not a licensed law firm, notary office or independent audit firm — where a task requires a licensed professional, it will be referred to or performed by a qualified, licensed professional as required by applicable law.

3. Engagement and fees

We offer four engagement plans, priced in US dollars (USD): Essential ($890/month per dedicated agent), Professional ($1,290/month per dedicated agent), Managed Team (from $4,500/month for a team of 4 or more agents with a dedicated team lead and QA specialist), and Enterprise (custom quote for large teams, custom SLAs and dedicated infrastructure). Payment terms, invoicing and any taxes are set out in your individual agreement or proposal.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access needed to perform the work.
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials or accounts you share with us.
• Comply with all laws applicable to your business and use of our services.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your information as confidential and are happy to sign a mutual NDA before work begins. We use access controls and secure handling practices to protect your accounts and data.

6. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, deliverables we create specifically for you become your property upon full payment. We retain rights to our own pre-existing tools, templates and know-how.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided "as is" without further warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Specific limits are set out in your individual agreement or statement of work.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in line with the notice terms of the relevant agreement. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, or another forum specified in your individual agreement.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with an updated revision date.
